Coaching is a unique approach to help individuals uncover their own natural resources within them to solve issues that impede their personal and professional growth.  It is different from counseling since the focus is on growth to reach goals, whereas counseling focuses on past hurts and trauma. Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.

All coaching sessions are 100% confidential! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist. 

Each person’s personal growth and development is different.  The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals, your commitment and openness to the process.  Personal and professional growth is a process, akin to a journey.  

Coaching is not like going to the doctor.  Everyone has obstacles that hold them back from achieving their goals.  Each session is quite different from others, but the constant is each, is determining what it is you want to discuss, potential obstacles, potential options to overcome obstacles and finally becoming intentional on your game plan.  No one life coach is able to promise delivering resolution of problems.  I can promise to listen to your words and hone in on ideas, language usage and other clues to help you realize your strengths.   

Most individuals do not listen effectively.  They communicate at a different level, generally thinking of themselves and not about the content or the person with whom they are dialoguing. Using my coaching services will require you to communicate your thoughts and ideas, and answer questions that lead you to become empowered.
